  • To provide the service — creating and running your hosting account, issuing invoices, providing support
  • To meet legal obligations — keeping accounting records, responding to lawful requests
  • To protect the service — detecting fraud, abuse and security incidents
  • To communicate — service notices, renewal reminders and, if you opt in, occasional offers

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who We Share It With

  • Our infrastructure provider, which hosts the servers your account runs on
  • Domain registries and registrars, where registration requires it

How Long We Keep It

Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by Moroccan accounting and tax law. Server logs are kept for a limited operational period. Support tickets are kept for reference and quality purposes.

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where we are not required to keep it, a copy of your data in portable form, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise any of these, contact [PRIVACY EMAIL].

If you are in Morocco, you may also complain to the CNDP (Commission Nationale de Controle de la Protection des Donnees a Caractere Personnel). If you are in the EU, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
