30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us and we will refund your hosting fee in full.

What Is Covered

• First-time purchases of Basic, Standard and Ultimate shared hosting plans
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are normally processed within 10 business days

What Is Not Covered

• Domain name registrations. Once a domain is registered it cannot be refunded, because the registry fee is non-recoverable. This applies even if the domain was included free with a hosting plan, in which case the standard domain price may be deducted from your refund.
• Renewals of existing services
• SSL certificates, licences and other third-party products once issued
• Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service
• Setup or administrative fees, where these have been charged and disclosed

Cancelling a Service

You may cancel at any time from your client area at hostmerge.pro/clients, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing. Outside the 30-day guarantee window, we do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time on the current billing period.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We would much rather resolve the issue directly. Accounts subject to a chargeback may be suspended until the matter is settled.

How to Request a Refund

Open a ticket from your client area or email us. Tell us your domain and the reason for the request. We may ask what went wrong, but a refund within the guarantee period is not conditional on your answer.
